Appointments & Bookings
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability.
A confirmation text or message will be sent prior to your appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.
Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
Payment
We accept EFTPOS, cash, and selected digital payments (please confirm availability).
Afterpay & ZipPay are available for qualifying services.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours so we can offer a follow-up solution.
Hygiene & Safety
We follow strict hygiene protocols for all equipment and tools.
If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments, please inform us prior to your appointment.
